The IALEIA Jamaica Chapter will host a virtual Chapter Meeting on Tuesday April 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Guest Presenter will be IALEIA Membership Director Dr. Jonathan Larkin with a presentation titled “The Impact of Cognitive Biases on Analysis”.

Dr. Larkin has served as IALEIA’s Director of Membership since 2021. A published and an IPP accredited Senior Intelligence Analyst, his current role is as an Intelligence Analyst Manager within a National Law Enforcement Agency in the United Kingdom. Dr. Larkin manages multiple teams that provide tactical analysis and leadership in support of both national and international operations.  He holds a Doctorate by original research and a PDC in Terrorism Studies, alongside other qualifications.
