IALEIA’s 2014 Jorge Espejel-Contreras Scholarship
contreras

Jorge Espejel-Contreras was IALEIA’s Mexican Chapter President when he passed away unexpectedly in January 2007. Jorge was known as a reserved man, but was passionate about the role of the honest and ethical use of intelligence in law enforcement. He showed great dedication to his community, and to his country, and will be missed by his many friends in IALEIA.

IALEIA continues to strive for professionalism in the intelligence analysis career field through promoting and supporting career development and continuing education.
